Sri Sai Girijana Pragati Foundation (SSGPF) is a non-governmental organization established in the year 2013. It is registered under the number 0074/2012-13 and re-constituted with the registration number GUN-4-00078-2023-24. The organization operates at a regional level, primarily in the state of Karnataka, India.

Dr. S. Rathnamma
M.A. and Ph.D. in Sociology
A pioneering tribal woman scholar from the Soliga community, Dr. Rathnamma has dedicated her life to the empowerment of tribal communities through education, health, and livelihood development. She is the first woman from her community to attain a Ph.D. in Karnataka.
Our History
Founded by Dr. S. Rathnamma, the organization was started to bridge the gap between tribal communities and government welfare services. Her personal journey—from a tribal colony to academic excellence—inspires SSGPF’s mission of empowerment through awareness, education, and action.
